If you had the best secret in the world, I mean the one that would make you a millionaire or better, but it would be diluted and eventually worth nothing if you told people, who would you tell? What’s that? You wouldn’t be generous enough to give or even sell your secret for less than a million bucks? So why would you buy into someone’s get rich quick scheme? Why give someone money when they are claiming to be selling the keys to the kingdom at slumlord prices? Because slum prices are cheap? When you pay for nothing, you are overpaying.
Moral of the story? Yes there are certain wealthy land developers with bad hair that have made a lot of money selling their secrets to success. The problem is that they are now secrets known by many people that worked years ago. Will they work today? Only if you have the money, power and ultimately essential resources to dictate your own rules.
